Before starting the working process of your survey, you should request an offer for the data collection service you need via the Offer Form. We will conduct a free pre-test for you in a short time and share real price and time information. After you accept our offer, we prepare the data collection service contract mutually. During the data collection process, no fee is charged until the data is delivered to you.

We do not have any sample group (Participants) ready to answer the surveys. We use all digital channels (Google, Yandex, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, TikTok, App Store, Android Store) in a completely organic way, reaching a total of more than 70 million participants (for Turkey). Our machine learning-supported smart software transmits your survey to the target audience you have requested and carries out the data collection process.

  • We do not provide fieldwork and pollster support. All our data collection activities take place in digital environment.
  • Our software is accessible to all users with internet access in Turkey or your target country.
  • Our main goal is to obtain economical and high data quality data. When surveyor support is provided and the process takes place in the field, it is necessary to incur many extra costs.
  • For this reason, we only provide digital services as we aim to collect accurate data at low costs.
  • We can provide data collection services through all platforms where we can carry out the process transparently. It is sufficient to have a link (url) to the survey that participants can access. But our basic condition is that you can include us in the process.
  • If the online survey platform you are using does not allow this, please do not worry. For surveys conducted on other platforms, we will adapt your survey to Google Forms free of charge.
  • By preventing the data from being recorded differently on excel, we help you to turn your excel tables into a single table.
  • In this way, we can complete your missing participants without any data loss in your previous study.
  • Before the data collection process, you can request detailed information about the cost and time for your survey free of charge via the Offer Form. We will inform you how long it takes to collect data from the target audience you request through our software and determine the financial requirements.
  • Since we do not commission your survey from a specific sample, fees and data collection processes vary dynamically.
  • We can list the main factors affecting the pricing as follows;
  1. Your Target Audience (Costs increase as the target audience becomes more specific. For example, instead of a survey in which everyone can participate, prices vary in a survey in which only women or only individuals between the ages of 18-20 living in Istanbul can participate. As the size of the population increases, data collection costs decrease).
  2. The Subject of Your Survey (While respondents respond easily to general questions, costs increase when the subject of your scientific research includes questions that may make individuals uncomfortable. For example, special topics such as health, politics, etc. or requests for more detailed private information).
  3. Total Number of Questions (Respondents can easily answer multiple choice and short questions up to 60 questions on average. An increase in the number of questions increases the likelihood of respondents leaving the survey unfinished and the cost of data collection increases due to respondents giving up).
  4. Number of Participants (Costs decrease as the number of participants you want to reach increases. Smart software is trained with incoming data. As the number of correct incoming data increases, it can reach the next participant at a cheaper cost. As the number of participants you request increases, the cost will decrease, and as it decreases, it will increase).

  • Personal data obtained during the data collection process are processed only within the scope of subparagraph (c) in the first paragraph of Article 28 of the Law No. 6698 on PDP: “Processing of personal data for artistic, historical, literary or scientific purposes or within the scope of freedom of expression, provided that it does not violate national defense, national security, public security, public order, economic security, privacy of private life or personal rights or does not constitute a crime.”
